We are so pleased to announce that we will be able to issue spay/neuter vouchers to Stokes County.  This program is an income based program.  Any person interested in receiving one of these vouchers will need to contact their DSS IM worker.  If you do not have a DSS worker, please email fossservicesmanager@gmail.com with your income, expenses and number of those who reside in your home.  Our PRIMARY source for qualifications will come from the Department of Social Services because we do not have the staff to filter out applications.
